In these conditions MEMBERS, HOTELS and ORGANIZATIONS have the following meanings:

DEFINITIONS

MEMBERS

The members of the program BPartner Club will be travel agents registered in the program with a username and personal password to log in www.bpartnerclub.com. The program could cancel the membership if the travel agent has not used it during the period of one year.

HOTELS

Along this text we will use ‘Hotels’ and ‘Hotel’ to refer to the hotels of Barceló Hotels&Resortsincluded in the BPartner Club Program, it means, all those hotels that are participating in the program. Check the list here.

PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION

1. The program Barceló Partner Club belongs to Barceló GestiónHotelera S.L. with registered address in José Motta 27, Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

2. The aim of the program is promotional and it is based on the accumulation of points by the members. These points could be redeemed for stays in the hotels.
3. The members will accumulate points for each room night booked in any of the hotels. For one Room Night it will be given 15 points and they will be 10 points for each group Room Night (when more than 10 rooms are booked per night), valid for every rate, single or double rooms.
4. If the membershave any complaint about his points,they should send a copy of the booking with all the details provided on it to the organization, in the three months after the check-out date.

USE OF THE POINTS

5. The points can be redeemed for stays in the hotels conforming to the redemption table published on the web site. This redemption table can be modified by the program without any need of notice.
6. All the redemptions depend on the availability of the hotels.
7. To redeem points is necessary to have enough of them in the account and ask for the redemption through our web site, with a minimum of 5 days before the Check In date. At that moment the points will be deducted from the account until the hotel confirms it is available. In case it is not for the requested dates, the points will be back into the member's account.

VARIOUS

8. Monthly, the program will send a newsletter with all the movements and gained pointsthe member has made during the period. If the data is not correct, the membershould tell the organization about the problem giving the necessary information.
9. The participation in the program implies the use of the promotions that are published on the website www.barcelopartnerclub.com. When the members win an extra reward, the name will be included in the private area of the website and also it could be communicated on the user’s newsletters. In casethe members do not want to appear on the winner’s lists, they should inform us sending a mail to

10. In case the program was cancelled by Barceló Gestión Hotelera, the members would have 3 months to redeem all their points.
11. In accordance with the Law of Information and e-Business society and the current Organic Law of 13/12/1999, which is referred to Spanish data protection, we inform that all the email addresses will be included in our data base in order to advertise new offers. 12. The members can end the participation any moment informing the organization previously.

JURISDITION

13. The member accept that the operation of this service is subject to Spanish legislation and submit himself to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca for the resolution of any differences from the interpretation or application of these articles.
