Barceló Partner Club is our loyalty program exclusively for Travel Agents. We reward each booking made in any of our participating hotels with perks to redeem for free stays in our extraordinary hotels in Latin America & Caribbean. |

You can register to the program introducing your personal data in the section "Registration" of the website www.barcelopartnerclub.com. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a welcome e-mail with your Password. Now you can enter into your personal area of the loyalty program called "My Account" and start to collect perks entering your bookings of the participating Barceló Hotels & Resorts. |

The members of the program will accumulate perks for each booking made in a Barceló hotel that participates in the program. For one Room Night in a "Palace Deluxe" hotel will be given 20 perks and 10 perks for one Room Night in a "Barceló" category. |

If you have collected enough perks, you can redeem it at any moment for an unforgettable Barceló stay (except Cuba hotels). You can see the full list of Barceló properties and the perks required for free stays in the redemption table linked in the section "Redeem rewards stays". Then, just fill in the desired dates to enjoy your free stay and shortly you will receive the confirmation with the reference number. If the hotel where the reservation was requested is not available, your perks will be returned to your account and you can request for different dates. For any complaint about not gained perks, it will be necessary to send a copy of the booking with all the data to Barceló Partner Club. There is a 3 months limit from the denial date of the booking to claim the perks. |

The redemptions are per room per night on all inclusive bases. The perks can be redeemed for stays in the participating hotels conforming to the redemption table published on the web site. All redemptions depends on the availability of the participating hotels. |

Yes, your perks can expire three years after their generation. This caducity will be realized once a year. The program will inform the users in advance about the caducity of their perks. |

How can I enter bookings on my account and request my perks? | |

Barceló Partner Club rewards all your bookings made in any of our participating hotels. The only thing you have to do is make a booking in any of these hotels and enter these bookings of your clients in the section "Enter your bookings" of our program. Please remind that there is a 3 months limit from the check out date of the booking to claim the perks of a booking. The pending booking will appear on "Pending perks" of the section "My perks". Once your booking has been confirmed by the hotel, it will appear on the section "Earned perks". From now on you are able to redeem your perks for rewards. In case of refusal (cancellation, no show), the booking will appear on the section "Dis-qualified perks". |

Yes that is possible with the limit date of 01/01/2012. For any complaint about not gained perks, it will be necessary to send a copy of the booking with all data to Barceló Partner Club. There is a 3 months limit from the check out date of the booking to claim the perks of a booking. |

Make sure you check the section "Latest promotions" frequently. There you will find multiply your perks where you can see Travel Agent Specials that we offer you to multiply the perks of each booking X2 or X3. |
